Security/Hostel /Registration Refund Cheques for UOG Students

Dear enlisted students your are informed to please come to collect your Security/hostel/registration refund  cheques from the Scholarship office at SSC.

Note:

•  please come along with copy of NIC or copy of transcript clearance Form.
• Nobody is allowed to collect the cheque on the behalf of any student except of student in person or his/her blood relation (father or brother) may get it.

2nd Round Laptop Distribution Ceremony for Outgoing Sessions of Evening Registered & Morning Classes

The Laptop Distribution Ceremony for the 2^nd Round will be held on Wednesday June 13, 2012 at 10.00 AM in Video Conferencing Hall (A-Block) at Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat.


Lists of Morning and Evening students who will be awarded laptops are attached.  All the selected students are advised to collect undertaking forms from SSC and submit along with an affidavit that they are not working in any public or private organisation.  The last date to submit undertaking forms and affidavits is June 8, 2012.
