Gujrat: In Pakistan the dictatorship of the superrich is operative under
the guise of democracy. Baba Fareed many hundred years ago said that
“Traders cannot be rulers”. Pakistan is poor in presentation and
representation at the international fora.
We need to reshape our foreign policy. The Arab revolution started from a
small event of a conflict between a fruitseller and a policeman from
Tunis. It has developed into a broad insurrection and engulfed many
Muslims countries of Africa and Middle East. It is a resurgence of human
dignity and will to freedom. These views were expressed by Mr.
MuhaidHussain Shah senior analyst and Attorney at Law at USA, as Chief
